bingo!running 6 hours is compelling stuff, even if the ultra person isn't that fast. most of the running is done on trails.45 min run around town ... big deal.

But isn't it pretty cool when a runner runs under fourteen minutes in a 5k? All the stuff going on in their head making them run that fast has gotta be pretty compelling. Also, a lot of the blogs are about the training.
