Sounds like you suck at your job, the company you are working for is making a smart business decision.
You better start updating your resume this is major sign you are going to get fired. Also, if you have any contacts and work samples you'll need for your job search, start saving them now. Good Luck.
Maybe they are hiring someone to help you.
The day before I was promoted, my company started advertising openings for my job. It takes a while to find decent employees, no sense waiting if you know you're going to need someone.
