So I've been sick for the past three weeks, started out with fever and then just a really bad cough that wouldn't go away. The cough is still there a little and I have a sore throat, but within the past three days or so my left lung has started feeling compressed, like someone is pushing on it from all sides, and I feel it when I cough, walk, or even just sit here. I have also been feeling rather fatigued lately. I went to the doctor today and got an X-ray of the chest, and it looked fine they said, so they just gave me some antibiotics.
Anyway, I'm just wondering when I should start running again. I haven't been feeling well on my runs and it was wearing on me mentally, so I don't really mind not running at the moment, but I've put in a lot of miles the last three months in preparation for this track season and I'm pissed things haven't gone well and would like to salvage as much as I can.
