2. as luck would have it, the first link that appears under the google search is the Amazon listing for the Swimming book. Even luckier, is that the Amazon listing has two reviews. Both were 5-star, I believe, at least one with a nice, long review.

It's called "Swim to the Top".
And Long Sunday Distance (LSD) at aerobic effort should actually help for chess too in case some people didn't know.
