It's not public? I ran on it, and the special track, with no problem. I saw plenty of other people running it too who I at least assumed weren't employees.
I'd like to run it barefoot. Naked.
No, I've run there hundreds of times and have never been bothered/hassled/questioned. I've even done workouts on the huge grass soccer field and the track.
Common sense would dictate that you do try to wear as much Nike gear as possible, as a courtesy if nothing else, although I've even run there wearing Asics shoes and no one said anything. I imagine it might be different if you were decked out in Adidas though. :)
So yes, go ahead and run out there. It's a nice change of pace from the roads. You might also check out the few trails in the Tualatin Nature Preserve that's roughly a mile from the Nike campus.
