Back from Wisconsin, but not really back into a routine. Have been running every other day, so this week ran STRS all in the 50-60 minute range, for about 28 miles worth. It was a bit slick running in Wisconsin, but I don't really have an agenda right now, so no big deal.
Topic: Do you plan to do anything differently this coming year? For me, I really want to focus more on drills and leg turnover. I would like to get to where 180 steps per minute doesn't feel uncomfortably quick.
Any good Holiday running adventures out there?
