Renton is the vile armpit of the Puget Sound, find a treadmill.
The Lake Youngs Trail. 9.7 miles, run maybe 15 meters on the road, very hilly trails the rest of it.
The Cedar River Trail is all asphalt for the Renton section, then it's hard gravel. Lake Youngs is all dirt trails (aside from the 15 meters of road). Excellent for running on.
Depends on what side or where in renton you will be, plenty of trails in renton
Or go to newcastle right up the street lots of trails as well.
