It has a very rustic look to it when i was there 4 years ago. Great Nike store. Going back to do some shopping and i want to stay near there. Need to know the name so I can look for hotels. BTW, how far is it from downtown Portland? Thanks.

I think those are the Woodburne Factory Stores/Outlets. Approximate 20 minutes from town I would guess.
Why you visit Portland for the "rustic" albeit corporate shopping scene is beyond me.
Thanks. Combining shopping with running the 8K in Portland that weekend. Thanks again for the info.
Outlet stores are the biggest racket in retail.
Don't stay in Woodburn, real sketchy town. Just stay in Portland or stay further north than Woodburn- like in Wilsonville/West-Linn.

Rustic look? Really? That's not the Woodburn Company Stores that I know of.
And take the advice of the poster that said stay in Portland, not in Woodburn....why would ANYBODY choose to stay in Woodburn? Yuck.
Stay in Portland - downtown if possible.
Here's the website for the "Company Stores".
http://www.woodburncompanystores.com/visitor.htmlFor sure, its not a terrible place, but like the other lady posted, if you have a choice, why stay there?
Woodburn is safer than 8% of all cities in the US. That's not that many.
One side of Woodburn is a lot nicer than the other. I'm sure you would be fine, just make sure you don't stay at the crappiest hotel in the worst part of Woodburn if you do indeed stay there.
