Two things I want to do in 2011: Run some PRs and stop being so skinny. I don't want to bulk up a lot, I just want to be a bit more cut with a bit more muscle.
Luckily, my PRs came with only 40mpw, so I won't have to crank out high mileage to PR. Is there a way to run around 40mpw and gain some muscle at the same time?
