What did you set out to do in 2010 that you managed to accomplish?
I ran my first marathon this year, after taking up hobby jogging in 2009.

Went to 6 days a week, increased mileage, and successfully completed the transition to flats for all workouts.
2011 - Increase leg and upper body strength and increase mileage by 25%.

Nice! Did you run into problems during your transition to flats? Tendinitis here or there, or shin splints, etc.? Seems potentially tricky while increasing mileage (or maybe my lower legs are just candy-asses).
You have a particular plan of attack for increasing mileage this year, other than running %25 more?
1) Qualify to State Meet
-Accomplished: 9:20 3200
2) Get recruited and run in NCAA
-Accomplished: continual improvement, Varsity runner
Snuck under 15 in the 5k.
I ran 1:25:39 in a half marathon. In 2011, I'm looking to run around 1:22-1:23
i lost my virginity
I didn't reach my time goals though I was within 11 seconds at 4 miles.
I also won 5 roadraces which is more than I won in the last 30 years combined.
