Bush v2 left 8 years worth of doodoo on the lawn. That was on top of 8 years worth of Clinton's doodoo, which was on top of 4 years worth of Bush v1's doodoo, which buried 4 years of Carter's doodoo.
The white house doodoo pile goes back to G. Washington. That's an awful lot of doodoo to clean up. It's easier to just more doodoo on top. That's how the U.S. government works.

If by chance neither of those apply, please note that you lose all credibility when you use extreme language like "he ain't done CRAP!!". Even if you disagree with his policies, no sane person can say he has not done anything; one of the biggest criticisms has been that he is trying to do too much.
