Any Letsrunners heading to the Armory (NYC) this winter for some track races?
First meet is next Thursday, 1/6/11.

I plan on running the mile, curious to see where I stand at the moment.
January 20th they are having a 5k... have they done this in past years?
Yea I'll be there most likely running in the 2 mile in preparation for a 3k the next week. A few teammates of mine will also be coming to run.
I'm planning on running the 5k.
Will be gauging fitness from base training at this point, probably will be in the 16-1620 range.....hopefully.
Plan on running the 3k at the last meet as well.

I don't recall a 5K in the past, that sounds like fun. Sounds like it could get crowded on the track for that one. I will be in the old man heat.
I'll be there for the Feb 10 race running the mile. Psyched!
