So heres the scoop. For the last week and a half/ two weeks, I have had a major disruption in my training. About three miles into every run, I immediately get the runs very bad and am forced to stop and take however long my body needs to do its duty. I know its weird and disgusting, but it keeps happening and I don't know what to do to make it stop. I have watched what I eat and have made sure to run more than three hours since my last meal, and that doesn't even work. It is killing me to have to stop after 20 minutes in when I still have 7 or however many miles left. I feel like I am losing any benefits of my training, and this problem has limited my ability to do workouts. Anybody have any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone?
