Imagine Running a 2:10 Marathon In These Conditions

I remember reading something where Nate Jenkins said that if guys like Bill Rodgers were running today they would be beating the east Africans. Seeing stuff like this makes me think he might not be wrong about that.

At one point Bill doesn't know where to go and throws up his hands in question.

It shows him and Shorter making a sharp turn and running up what looks to be a sidewalk

Towards the end, the spectators are right on top of him, including about 5 bicyclists, a motorcycle and a car right in front of him. In the clip Bill swings wide and goes past the car.

All while running right on American Record pace.
