I haven't been in school since I graduated this May, but I'm hoping I could walk on with a 1:53 and 4:10mile. I've been averaging 30-40mpw, but I haven't been on the track, which has forced me to hammer all my distances runs around 5:40 pace. I've been doing hills. But can this time still be achieved despite no speed work (I planned on doing track work at the beginning of November)?
