Eat a dik.
Up the cardio and reduce the calorie intake. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Do this and you will easily put on the 14lbs.

the only way to put on lean muscle is too think positively. no matter how hard you try to eat less it won't count for anything unless you think SLIM.

start mixing whey protein into that milk, although i'm guessing you didn't get to 210 without ever taking a protein shake or two.
bump up the intensity of your upper body and leg workouts
15 pounds will take a couple months done right, good luck!
