I was asked to be godparent for one of my relative's first child. Just want to know what I may be getting into. Anyone here a godparent and what are your responsibilities/expectations?
As a side note, I thought they were a bit crazy for getting married and starting a family so quickly. They only knew each other for a brief time and don't have stable employment (still living w/ parents). This concerns me.
