In the light of Age Graded and Weight Graded tables I came up with a Earning Graded Table for Masters Running. Thought it would even the playing field and give a balanced Life some love.
Masters take your fastest 5K in 2010 and subtract 5 seconds for every 10,000 dollars you earned over 150,000 and add 5 seconds for every 10,000 you earned below 150,000.
So for example if you are a CEO or VP at a company and earn 1,000,000 a year and you can run a 22 minute 5K your earning graded time is 14:55.
If you ran a 15:30 5K and you earned 48K in 2010 your Earning Graded time comes out to 16:25 and so on.
What is your Earning Graded 5K time? You don't have to say how much you made just put in your Earning Graded time. I think Wejo should give a Lets Run Shirt to the winner.
