I've been training since August, but I haven't done any speedwork (on the track. i've been doing hills) at all. Because of that, I've been doing all my distance runs under 5:40 pace. My goal was sub 1:53 during the late spring, but does this make me any better for the 1500m/mile? I'm flying from the southeast to Boise early January, so what times should I hit for intervals (100m/200/400, etc?.)
