I was looking back on my mileage for the last couple years, and while I had weeks in the 60's and 70's, my weekly average over the entire 4 year period counting breaks and time off for injuries is only 42 miles per week. In that time, I have run 16:00 5k, 34:00 10k, and 1:16 half. Is this weekly average really low? Or do others have it this low too when they factor in rest weeks?
For 2011 I would like to average 70 miles per week including any rest weeks and down weeks. What do you guys think I can improve my PR's to with this increase in mileage?
