Can anyone suggest a good foot and ankle specialist in Ithaca, NY?

You could try Parker Gennett in Vestal and Binghamton. But, I'll warn you- he'll tell you that you need orthotics.

Vestal is about 45 mins from Ithaca.

i suggest gerrit van loon, chiropractor/ART practitioner. he's a runner himself and has helped many of the adult runners in the community lace back up from the full spectrum of injuries that can and unfortunately do strike. he has successfully worked on my feet and ankles (or other parts that related down to those), as well as on my calves, hamstrings, etc. if he thinks you need a different kind of practitioner or orthotics or whatever, he'll let you know that, too.
