I hate lists like this, they always suck.
I hate marathons, too. I have run about 30 of them, have a PR of 2:24. I am so sick of people though, I just moved out to Whidby Island to avoid people forever.

13. It is far more enjoyable to cover 26 miles of trail in the mountains of Colorado in 6:45 than to spend 6:45 plonking along city streets with a crappy local band blasting you at every mile marker.
