I noticed recently that I have a small lump about the size of a pea on the inside of my right foot. It's located on the the top arch of my foot. Also, there is sharp pain that starts there and goes to the top of my right foot and it seems to be swollen after I run. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be and any way to treat it?

There's a small lump on the area where my stress fracture used to be. Maybe get it xrayed?
