Every time I eat a meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I need to poo immediately after. It can be a bit embarrassing sometimes if I am on a date or something. Does anyone else have this problem? Have you been able to figure out how to solve it?

is the poo "normal"?
that's what happens when you get old. i.e. you gotta pee and crap 10 times a day. welcome to old age ;-{
I'm 23, and yes, the poo is "normal."
i think you are eating too much food. when the body reaches mid-20s it stops growing like it did when younger. the body doesn't need that much food. excess food is not being digested and is being ejected out. do you get indigestion, heartburn ? are you gaining weight ? that starts happening to the body mid to late 20s, for sure by the 30s. you have to cut back on meals.

Actually, it's a sign of a healthy digestive system. Watch kids. If they don't go within about an hour after they eat there is something wrong. Same holds true for adults. Although it can be a bit inconvenient, there is absolutely nothing "wrong" with this. My kids go about halfway through dinner. Pretty good sign.
Many would say that what you are experiencing is both more natural and more healthy. It's also more common among vegetarians and others eating a high fiber diet.
Your body is expelling waste material as soon as possible instead of carrying it around for days - eventually leading to colon cancer.
So, be proud!
If you're looking for a way to avoid it while on a date, try eating just enough before you leave for the date to activate the signal so that you don't have to do it on the date as well.
Otherwise, it's a sign of a healthy digestive system.
It takes approximately 18 hours for food to pass through you. Things can sometimes make this happen faster or slower. Like, if you eat something that can constipate you, it might take longer. Eat something that is a laxative and it will happen sooner. If you're able to avoid going in some situations, like you just can't go at work, then you might get your body accustomed to lasting a little longer.
When you eat, that puts more pressure on your system to get rid of what is already towards the end of the process. So, when you eat a lot, it helps put pressure in you to get rid of what's waiting there from 18ish hours ago. When you go to the bathroom, it's what you ate 18ish hours ago. This idea that you can eat something and then dump it out very soon thereafter is one of the most ridiculous old wives tales still going around.
This knowledge will also help you avoid having to go during your marathon, so pay attention.
you have a problem called "eating for entertainment" which is a social disorder that many have. your not burning all the food you eat and your body doesn't need that much so it is kicking it out your holes.

When this occurs, I usually visit a rest room or a forest.

You're a cat, in which case I recommend a litter pan.

Why complain? Taking a dump is one of my high points of the day.
Long distance runners can't find women to date them, so there's no problem!
