Guess I'm due to start this thread.
Goal Races(s): Spring 5k, 10k, 15k Fall Marathon
Goal Time(s): sub 15:30, sub 33, 50:30ish
Mo - 8AM recovery (7:00s)
Tu - 12AM easy (7:08s, started slow then 6:30s at end) / 3PM Hash Run.
We - 10AM w/ 8 by 90sec Hills
Th - 6AM (6:44s) / 8PM (6:45s)
Fr - 8PM (6:01s) progression i guess
Sa - 9AM (7:45s)
Su - 15AM (7:40s)
Total Mileage - 79 miles
Weird week for me. Something about a down week makes me very demotivated. Whenever I am not in the mood to run I end up running at a much quicker pace than intended. Hence, my paces Thursday and Friday.
Friday was intended to be an easy hour, but ended up being a workout effort. After about 15mins of running, I clocked a mile. 6:02. Said eff it, let's roll. 10 more mins of hard running, then 2 miles from home. 5:32, 5:21. Luckily, I was able to slow my ass down Saturday and Sunday.
