Lots of people involved in this admitted they were doping or that they were taking PEDs. If that is the case, why are the Chinese records still counted/on the all time list? Shouldn't they be eradicated? Same goes with the Russian times.

You do understand that ALL of the world records in running events, with the probable exception of Seko's records in events that are virtually never run, were set with the assistance of PEDs, right?
There's even stronger evidence, including written admissions, that the East Germans doped, but no one's taking away those records.

Which Chinese women have admitted they were on drugs? Also, while you're at it, name the drug that could have produced those times? Don't you think that it would have been duplicated by runners from countries, like the US, where there is a lot of doping going on?
The Chinese Olympic federation, unlike the USATF, have a very aggressive anti-doping program. When athletes are caught they are banned. In the US, when athletes are caught the USATF tries to sweep it under the rug.

I assume you are joking, or perhaps trolling.
The Chinese Olympic federation has taken steps of late to legitimize there athlete's performances, but in the 90s it was win by any means necessary and that was in every sport.
name the evidence.
I recall some Chinese athletes saying what it was like to take them (but I forget which), and isn't there evidence that Ma admitted there was doping?
Same with the East Germans, didn't they admit to doping?
Or else how else would everyone know/be so certain of it? And if that's the case, why can't they get rid of these records?
Seriously guys, we're almost in 2011...learn to google:
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/28/sports/global/28doping.html
lets start at home, first to be taken off the list should be Flo-Jo, she took more drugs then Arnold and the whole Venice Beach crew!
"The fastest woman in China, the sprinter Wang Jing, has been barred for life after failing a drug test, according to the official Chinese news agency Xinhua."
"The penalty, announced Tuesday, comes two weeks after the former head of the Chinese Olympic Committee admitted that most of the nation’s best distance runners were dropped from the 2000 Olympic team because they had tested positive for banned substances."
So that's China and Britain that take doping seriously. Anyone other countries?
