what you need to do is get over the injury, not rehabilitate it. Worrying about rehabbing, when the injury has healed
Wrong. Gotta get ROM back and work on not getting weak.

I had a peroneus brevis tendonitis with fluid retention this summer. My doctor said it was triggered by rolling my ankle and I would have to retire from training for at least 8 weeks. As an alternative training I was allowed to do some aqua jogging. Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (Diclofenac and Voltaren) often won't help or take any pain. The only thing that helped me quite a lot besides taking 8 weeks off was taping my ankle (user KT Tape incl. instructions).
Best wishes and the advice for a lot of patience from Germany!
