Camel milk has 3x the amount of vitamin C and 10x the amount of iron. Unlike cow milk, camel milk is loaded with probiotics, antioxidants, unsaturated fatty acids and an insulin-like protein similar to that found in human breast milk.
The FDA recently approved the sale of camel milk in the US but I can't find it anywhere. Has anyone tried it? If so, where did you get it and how does it taste?
