i know this is probably like a deadly sin, but there was a runners world article a while back (5 tops) and it was about a man who was doing 400s and the set was 20 400s and his coach made him do it twice more and he said it was the hardest workout ever abut it brought him to new levels. does anybody remember what year/month this was in. i normally hate runners world, but this was a great article.
