I guess I always have a head start due to time zones so I'll get things going.
A good week for me.
Easy 75-85min runs in the forest mon, tue, wed.
Ran into work 60mins (+3x100m) both thu. and fri. and ran back (after 10pm) for 55m and 45m.
I actually live 50kms from work but left the car on the outskirts and ran in along a railtrail.
Didn't run Chritmas day but got in a 50min mtb ride before work.
I did 100mins running this morning in the forests before work and a 50 min kyak after work. Also some other riding and paddling earlier in the week.
I probably ran over 100km for the week which is about double what I have been doing. My body never seems too bothered by such big jumps in voLume as long as I keep the pace easy.
Topic. Technology.
I'm a low tech runner, a pair of cheap old shorts, often run in hi-vis. work shirt and a pair of worn out old racers. My only tech support is my watch and even that is just a basic stopwatch function. No HRM, garmin, music etc.
