Ran a 36min 10k recently. Running around 30 miles/wk.
Did this workout today at 4000 feet.
10x300 in 55, 53, 54, 54, 53, 54, 54, 51, 55, 50 standing rest 2.5-3 minutes
The last one was all out and I was feeling uncoordinated, and the 51 was really hard, but controlled. the 55 was slower on purpose.
How fast can I run a mile?
