Not really, the four records were set the year before and Rono was not running close to the same level in November, 1979.

Well, the NCAA cross country was also held at Lehigh in '93, which is since'83.

Virtually all the men break 30 minutes at Paul Short...but then it is 8000, not 10,000 meters.
