The wind is at a steady 35-43mph and its an out and back course should i do the workout the next day.20-25 is bad 43 -35 i crazy and its out and back so 1/2 the workout is in the face and 1/2 is at the back.I was just thinking as i had an easy run today what if i had 1/2s or 1/4s or 2or3 mile reps .What would you do?
