So, I rarely ever get injured and even when something bothers me I normally just keep running through it and try to ice a lot. Unfortunately, I have a plantar fasciitis problem in my foot and it just wont go away. I've taken several days off but it doesn't seem to help much. What can I do besides ice? What can I do about treatment and about alternative training? I would aqua jog but there aren't any indoor pools deeper than 5 feet (and even when its 5 feet, it only goes from like 10 meters in length).
