Over the course of my training I've noticed my right ankle has become less flexible than my left. This has led to complications in my form and caused pain in my right calf. I have a history of ankle injuries. Both have been sprained numerous times, but I suppose the right more than the left.
Does anyone have suggestions for how I can regain flexibility - and strength - in my right ankle? What specific stretches and/or weight training would provide the best remedy?
