I used ventolin's calculation methods to determine that I could have run the mile 20 seconds faster than I did.
I learned that Islam is a completely backwards religion.
I learned that it was not hot at the Chicago Marathon.
I learned that the Dow will hit 12,000 by the end of December.
-I learned what it meant to be "Rupp Certified"
-I learned Andrew Wheating is the next "Great White Hope"
-I realized my personal hatred for Nickelback
-I learned what Malone College was
I know what not to expect when I open a "Virgin" thread.
I learned that if you have access to an internet calculator and have watched a lot of track races on TV (bonus if some of them were on SATELLITE TV) you can be an expert and deride anybody with an opinion that disagrees with you, even if you can't correctly spell the word rabbit.
I learned that I've heard of Jordan Hasay (actually I think this one has been around a lot longer than 2010).
I learned to be respectful of other people's opinions and not to base the merit of their opinions on either their PRs or the number of All America certificates they have.
I LEARNED NOTHING.

I learned that Rupp will never be the U.S hope, I learned that Solinsky's 10k record was laughed at by Africans, and finally I learned that most the people on here don't give a crap for sprints or field events....and probably never will.
I learned that big runners can run under 27 minutes too
