Trying to help out my former high school coach. He is looking for a two-week plan which summarizes my coaching philosophy. This plan is for a junior or senior with 1-2 years of experience. (Sorry, it is suppose to be simple)

3) workout: 10 X 90 meter hill sprints (6 miles total)

5) workout: 8 X 1000 LT (9 miles total)

8) 10 miles
9) 6 miles
10) workout: 4 mile tempo run (8 miles total)
11) 6 miles
12) workout: 10 x 300 meter hills
13) 6 miles
14) Off
