I've been experiencing very mild tightness/dull achiness in my quad,inner thigh area for about 2 weeks. It hasn't gotten really bad, but also hasn't resolved with stretching, ice, etc. It's a different kind of pain than I've ever had before and I'm worried it might be the onset of a stress reaction or fracture. I have no pain walking or sitting, can hop on one leg ok, but it does hurt when I do the lef hang test on a table. Unfortunately, I'm out of the US for several months so a bone scan/MRI are not options. Has anyone cross-trained through a mild stress reaction and how long did you take off?
