So, I'm a 21 year old Massachusetts resident. I want to buy fireworks in New Hampshire. Is this legal for me to do? One of my friends said you need to be a NH resident to buy them now, but I haven't found evidence that that's the case.
Also, if/when I do set off fireworks in Mass, does anyone know what I can be charged with/what the repercussions would be if I get caught?
In NJ fireworks are pretty damn illegal(including sparklers), but no one gives a crap unless you are launching them unless they are landing on your neighbor's roof. I remember messing around with Roman candles and M80s as a kid, never once did a cop confront me.
