ok so im having this pain under my second toe on my left foot. it hurts to bend my toe and even more to touch the area which is right where the toe end under the foot. it feels like it is bruised and i can't put a whole lot of pressure on it. the pain isn't excruciating and when i run i dont feel it hardly at all.
so what should i do? stay off it when im not running and ice it, but keep running?
or is this something that needs me to take a break from running? i can't afford going to the hospital and having them check it for me
my instincts say it'll get better in a week or two and to not worry but im just curious what you guys would say
