Hi, I missed cross country season due to a stress fracture, but in the summer before I got the fracture I had a calf strain that caused me to miss some time as well. I've been back running for about 5 weeks, and in the last week or so I've felt some calf pain during my runs-the same calf I had my strain on in the summer. (I had the stress frac. on the other leg). I have been able to finish all the runs and not cut them short, but I'm wondering if this calf pain is the start of something more serious, or if I should keep running through it and hope it does not get worse?? Right now it is definitely minor, but during the summer it was to a point where it hurt to walk and it had come on right away, and not gradually as it is now...
