I doubt it. I'm pretty sure the law hasn't gone into effect, and even if it has, nobody is going to stop them.

Are you? When visiting Europe with groups, you are told to keep your passport at the hotel. Then again, there is a lot more freedom in most European countries than here in the land of the brave and the land of the free
