maybe

they are goog for you.So no.They are not junk food but fuel.
They are expensive and dumb and maybe you'd eat better if you weren't blowing your money on Clif Bars.
are you enjoying taking cataclysmic shits?
cataclysmic? what's that mean in terms of bm's? can you be a bit more specific?
I doubt it would make a big difference considering Cliff Bars aren't particularly unhealthy last time I was eating them (like 3 yrs ago). But seriously there are so many better tasting, fresher, and less calorically dense foods out there you could be eating rather than processed energy bars. Unless you're really depleted in calories I see no reason to spend like $2.50/bar when apples, bannanas, granola, are readily and cheaply available.
Cliff Bars are $1.00/bar at Trader Joe's. But I still agree with your overall point.
Soy is one of the first ingredients in Clif Bars, so unless you're trying out for competitive lactating (2016 Olympics), you'd probably do well to cut back your dose.

Why do you say that? Is the Soy bad for you?
cliff bars really aren't unhealthy. i don't know what the above posters are talking about. they're a good fuel source, a nice blend of fats, carbs, and protein.
