Could be a case of SAD syndrome- affects many due to lack of natural light- even runners can suffer from this condition.
yeah it may be SAD, you may not need to worry about low testosterone or even vitamin D supplementation. although this may help.
If it is SAD then you want to try and run outside in daylight... If work makes this difficult at least try and get outside a bit during a lunch break.
