So if you could combine the top five from a team historically, say Carmel's best five ever, or Arcadia's best five ever, which teams would be the most loaded and who would fill out the rosters?

Hmmmm...
York:
Don Sage
Ron Craker
Marius Bakken
Jim White
Sean Mcnamara
Jack Driggs
Other notable teams would be Woodlands and Mead.
I can think of lots of teams that have had 2-3 national-class runners (Hammond, In; Rockford, Mi; Wheeling, Il; both of Verzbicas' high schools) , but not too many with 5.
What school has had the most guys qualify for FL? I know York has had 4, and they didn't even start sending guys to the regional until about 11 years ago. I'm sure there are other schools with more on the guys side. Obviously there are some girls teams with way more.
I would say Mead is probably #1.
Not even all their top guys attended Footlocker, but of those that did there were 5 All-Americans and another at 16th:
Matt Davis - 1993 third place (senior, injured? or coming off injury)
Andrew Gardner - 2010 fourth place (sophomore, coming off injury)
Micah Davis - 1993 tenth place (junior, didn't run it his senior year)
Chris Lewis - 1987 12th place (junior, didn't run it his senior year)
Evan Garber - 2003 15th place (senior)
Greg Kuntz - 1989 16th place (senior)
(Skiy Detray was qualified in 1994 as well)
...
5 guys under 9:00 (including Laef Barnes, who isn't listed above)
6 guys under 4:10.1 (including Barnes and Greg James, plus another not listed above at 4:10.69 and another - Rob Aubrey - at 4:11.39)
York is probably the only team that can really rival that. If we were going deeper though, I bet The Woodlands would be right in the mix as well.
