It depends on the type of cookies. Some of the cookies out there have been engineered to have all the nutrition you need. But with say the toll house recipe from the back of the chip bag eventually you would get scurvy but as I recall it took sailors on the order of 3 months and they certainly burned a lot of calories working rather than running.
Breakfast cookies would work.
Even if you did regular oatmeal raisin cookies and washed them down with Vitamin D fortified milk, you could probably go quite a bit longer than 3 weeks before nutrition problems showed up.
Depending on your current ferritin levels and how hard you're training, and the amount of iron and other minerals lost in sweat, it might be just a few weeks before you're cramping up badly.
I trained for 6 months on nothing but cereals. And i still had good blood values.
And i never ate anything else then those same cereals with milk and other then that it was just water.
It depends what garbage you eat.
Long term health (aging) is another thing.
