This is an outstanding post! Actually, I have a 99 in dual credit English class. I really just do not care much about how I sound on here. Nevertheless, congratulations to that guy, he can point simple typos! He is on his way to success one smartelic remark at a time! That must be why he started running. If it was not for running his nerdy a** could not run away from the other kids that could not give a rats a** about grammer when it does not count.

BY the way, my coach perscribed not ever running more than four miles. He said workout upper body and do a plyometric workmout he gave me. Yes, he was a sprinter in high school, placed pretty well nationally. But, this sounds pretty much the opposite of what most distance guys do today.
