If you are in your 30's you don't have an old creaking body! Ton's of runners are in their prime in their early 30's and can still run great by the time they get into the late 30's. 16 is a piece of cake, you could drop from 19 to 16 in 1-2 years with dedicated training and good health.

Not quite what you asked for, but I'm moving in that direction, and am working to get sub 16 in the next year or two.
