Yes. Every situation has its specific facts. Seems like there is credible evidence that he was lied to and duped, being told he was being treated for jaundice. Presumably the responsible authorities, who have the most visibility, will weigh the evidence, and apply the appropriate amount of skepticism. Let's hope they are not simply looking for scapegoats.
