Do any other college coaches have to a SWOT analysis for each incoming student-athlete to see IF they are deserving of any coaches awards or athletic scholarship? My AD is mandating this for all sports, but won't let me know how much my sport has available if anything. Frustrated; especially b/c I'm starting the program from scratch. Thanks in advance.
